I retired after 28.5 yrs of service, then returned to the education arena as Federal Finance Coordinator for ResponsiveEd. In April of last year, I agreed to take over the director's position at Quest Academy.

Meet Our Faculty
Stephany Brown - firstname.lastname@example.org
I am working on my seventeenth year as an educator. Throughout my teaching career, I have taught all secondary science classes for grades 7-12. In 1996, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. I began working for a school district part-time doing adult education and substitute teaching. I decided that education was my calling, so I enrolled in the Master of Arts in Teaching program at UAM. I also recently completed a program of study through Arkansas State University, and became licensed in the area of K-12 Building Administration.
When I'm not educating, I enjoy spending time with my family; my husband of 21 years, my two sons, and a bonus son and daughter. We enjoy outdoor activities, camping, hiking, canoeing, etc.

While coaching and attending school I developed a passion for wanting to help students become independent, life-long learners. I hope to teach beyond the content to teach skills my students will be able to use to be successful throughout life. I have been married for the last year and a half. We are expecting our first child, a daughter, this May!
Tod Wells - email@example.com
My name is Tod Wells and I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech-Communication with a minor in Anthropology from the University of Texas at El Paso. I am a teacher of record in the following subjects: Multisensory Teaching Approach-(MTA), Journalism and College/Career Transition. I had a career in Marketing and Advertising in a corporate and private setting for the first 23 years of my adult career. This is my first year teaching because in March of 2017 I decided to switch careers and go into the education field. I had wanted to pursue education for quite a while and decided to take the chance. It is a decision I definitely do not regret. I love education and especially the staff and students here at Quest Academy of West Little Rock. This is without a doubt the best school in Little Rock with great leadership and very proud to be a part of it. I was blessed to be given this wonderful opportunity at a school that has very high standards in education and shaping the young minds of tomorrow. I also have a 21 year old son who is majoring in Educational Sciences with an emphasis in Biology and will eventually teach the subject as well.

Melissa Muse is the EAST facilitator for Quest Academy. She also teaches keyboarding and Family and Consumer Science. She was a database administrator for a Fortune 500 company for 14 years.
